Quick check in, no fuss and no pretension. The hotel’s common quarters are a bit worn, but it’s a big property and I can only imagine the cost of overhead. Our room was in the back, facing a courtyard. It was a restful sleep after a long journey. For the cost of our stay, I would stay it’s well worth it. On the edge of the park - fresh air.

Hotel looks very nice from outside, but rooms are underwhelming. There are no toiletries (like lotion, shampoo and conditioner), only cheap hand soap and body wash. The views from many rooms is poor. Would not recommend.

The parking is expensive and the night we were there, they were hosting a huge prom or some other event that I believe could have been managed better as the groups/crowd lingered around the front door impede the traffic flow and comfort of guests spending the night there. Other than that, the hotel was lovely, clean, and very comfortable.

By no mean I’m a negative person but I can say that I have done hospitality for 17 years of my life but sad to say that this hotel does not deserve 4 stars in my books as I have been in two different rooms and both were not up to standard either something with the shower or the basin or the internet or most importantly the left not working, now to the staff im absolutely disappointed %60 of the staff don’t know how to smile or how to greet customers apart from a couple of the them at the reception and definitely the one at bar was absolutely awesome as I enjoyed talking to him he was a pleasant person to talk to, and lastly I have to mention this I had to make a phone call to Australia as I only have the data service so I went to the reception and I was met by alexader shift leader of course no greeting from his side and I asked him to make a phone call he said you can do it from your room I followed his direction twice but it didn’t work and I said let me call from here and I’m happy to pay but he immediately rejected and sent me away, what I want to say now in my whole 17years of hospitality I have never rejected customers request even if I had to travel hours and back to get the issue resolved.
