This apartment includes two separate but adjacent apartments on the 3rd floor of a residential building, with a combined total of 75 square meters and 3 bedrooms. It’s ideal for families or group travelers and accommodates up to 6 guests. The apartments are located just a 3-minute walk from Wien Rennweg Station in Vienna’s central embassy district, close to Belvedere Palace and the Imperial Riding School. Each unit includes a private kitchen and bathroom.



Bedroom 1 features a double bed (140x200 cm) and a sofa bed. It includes two windows facing the street, a Smart TV with Netflix, a wardrobe, and a dining table with 4 chairs placed in the corner near the kitchen door.



Bedroom 2 comes with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a sofa bed. It has one window facing the street, providing natural light and ventilation.



Bedroom 3 is equipped with two couchs and has two windows, offering a bright and airy feel.



In total, the apartment setup comfortably accommodates 6 guests.



The kitchens are private and fully equipped in each unit, featuring a stove, oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and cookware.



Each apartment also includes a private bathroom — one with a bathtub and shower, the other with a shower only. Toilets are within the bathrooms and not separate.
