The hotel is perfectly placed on Vienna's inner ring, an easy walk to the historic inner city, the museum quarter, etc. The historic Café Schwarzenberg is just across the street. The rooms are air conditioned, which is very important in the summer. WiFi was reliable and fast enough to upload photos, for example. My room did not have much of a view (its only window was a skylight) but it made a perfect base for getting out and exploring the delights of Vienna.

I loved everything about this hotel: city center, about 10 min walk to Opera, 15 to Stephan's Cathedral, 1 min walk across the street to Schwarzenberger Cafe with live music and very reasonable prices for the quality and amount of food they offer. Hotel staff was amazingly helpful, friendly and professional. Next time in Vienna I will definitely stay at Hotel Am Schubertring. Many many thanks !
