The hotel is well situated close to shops and transports. The room was simple but adequate, with enough space for comfort. The bathroom was spacious and clean; however, there were moldy patches near the shower. Additionally, the shower drainage was blocked, causing water to pool within minutes, which was both unpleasant and unsafe. Despite reporting the issue to reception twice, no action was taken.

Hotel Mocca is situated a few minutes walk from a major shopping street, which is great. It is about 20/25 mins walk into the Main centre of Vienna, with good Train Network (5 mins walk). The hotel was clean and staff were excellent. The decor was tired and in need of a refresh. Breakfast was very basic. Sausage & Egg, a few other bits. Still tasted good and didnt make a difference to us. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend.

Served its purpose

We only used it for one night and it served its purpose. Within walking distance of Westbahnof. A number of cool coffee shops just opposite and an excellent Nepalese restaurant a few metres away.

Great location, nice staff

Smooth check in, very pleased staff. I got great advice as to the parking (the hotel's parking was not available; I was not aware that I had to pre book it. I ended up paying 5E per day). Clean hotel although it needs a decent floor upgrade. Elevator. Bus stop at the front door. Walkable. Very close to the shops and restaurants.

Hotel Mocca is nothing fancy. Quiet hotel with the basics. Breakfast is very good. Good selection of meats, cheeses, cereals and rolls. Close to the bus stops and the metro stop is not far either. The hotel is located near the very popular Mariahilfer Strasse shopping area.

Good basic, clean accommodations in a convenient l

Good basic accomodations, but lacking in amenities. Showers are incredibly small; probably too small for a large person. Staff speaks English and is very friendly. Might be a problem in warmer weather with no a/c and plenty of street noise with windows open. Good breakfast. Some improvements could be made by management at little or no cost. For example, the tv probably has a couple of hundred channels (many blank) but no guide to help you find English language programming. Location is actually quite good.
