The hotel was clean, but missing a couple of necessities, such as conditioner, a kettle and a fridge. The lounge was great, but there was no option for a real meal for dinner. They only had paninis and wraps available; more options would have been nice. I was also able to hear through the walls, not at all soundproof. It was great that it was close to the city centre, only 20 mins away.

Key benefit of staying at the hotel was the fact that a tram stop was right outside the door and only 10 minutes to the city centre. Lounge was good, room was ok, nothing really wrong with it but nothing too fancy.

Thus is a very well located hotel, with the D tram stop right outside the hotel that we used all the time during our stay. Train station just a 2 minute walk. Nice hotel, room very clean and excellent breakfast. All in all, we had a lovely stay in beautiful Vienna.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The two storey room we had was one of the most unique hotel rooms we have ever stayed at. We loved this place and will definitely return if we come to Austria again. So conveniently located to the train station and a few minutes away from the subway system.

We did not feel that the staff was acting very nice to us. They we not helpfull and they did not seem interested in making our trip great. No hello, no have a nice day, no smiles. Did not tell us where we could find the elevator at check in and did not offer us to leave out suitcase at check out. Not good service
