Great apartment style room. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Only a short walk down the road to Vienna Central Station and other train stations. Short walk to Belvedere Palace and a many food options. Also near grocery store, we call it Aldi in Australia. Will definitely come back to stay again and for longer next time.

This was our first serviced apartment rental. It was clean and spacious and the helpful lady at check in came up personally to help ready our room for three persons as housekeeping made an oversight. She even left us extra towels. It was nice to have a full size fridge and dining table to eat our meals at. It even had laundry facilities but was tricky to use because you had to initiate service online only but the wifi cut out in the basement where the laundry room was. We figured it out in the end. I would highly recommend this place, walking distance from the train station.

Nice but somewhat noisy flat near the train station. Many amenities, but the TV didn't work, and after it was fixed, there were very few available channels not in German. Reception was also mixed, with some receptionists speaking very little German. And somewhat overpriced.

The front desk attendants were all very welcoming and helpful throughout our 4 day stay. The rooms were a good size and had everything we needed. The shower had hot water and the room was clean. We loved the quiet location! It’s in walking distance to the train station and subway and trams.

Studio apartment was roomy, clean, quiet, with all amenities functional. Washer/dryer available for a fee in the U-floor. Gym mostly for cardio. Very helpful staff. Steps away from Hbf and Metro, with many food booths. Some restaurants and a supermarket near by.

Good unit within walking distance to Vienna main train station. Unit was large in size, front desk was helpful as well. Enjoyed my stay in the Vienna area 👍 My main negative would be the shower - it has a small piece of glass that doesn't really block any of the water. When you shower, water sprays all over the bathroom floor area. The unit I stayed in also has quite a bit of wear-and-tear (dings on the walls, etc). It definitely needs some TLC.

Great location, easy walk from Wien Hbf. Studio apartment was clean and amenities were great! A kettle was provided but no tea/coffee. There is a Hofer/Aldi store 2min walk.

It was generally what you’d expect from a hotel close to office places. It was complete with basic amenities and the bed is pretty comfortable. Two things that sort of bothered us were the temperature in the room (which can be too warm) even though the air conditioning was already turned on and the toilet smelled a bit like sewer.

The room was lovely and very spacious. As a solo female traveller the area felt safe although its not a busy tourist or residential place. It is very close to the main station so its easy to get around. Also close to local supermarkets. The laundry services were also handy and easy to use on the app but make sure you check your drying settings before you hit start.

Home away from home

Perfect location in the heart of Vienna, 5 minutes walk to Belvedere Palace & 3minutes walk to their Wien Haufbanhoff, Stephenplatz were most museums are located are minutes away by tram or subway.lots of cafes and restos within 5 mins reach, the kitchenette is a great option for home cooked meals and grocery stores are just across the building. Laundry facilities are in the basement with reasonable pay per use . Excellent service from all staff .Danke Schön!
