W recepcji bałagan, przy meldowaniu recepcjonista nie mógł znaleźć naszej rezerwacji. Nawet początkowo twierdził, że rezerwacja była anulowana. Wyjaśnianie i proces zameldowania trwał blisko godzinę. Przy śniadaniu okazało się, że nie jest zaznaczony pobyt z opcją "Śniadanie" i tu też należało sprawę wyjaśnić. Mała część śniadaniowa, trudno o wolny stolik zwłaszcza gdy przychodzą na śniadanie grupy wycieczkowe. Pokoje z opcją "otwartej" łazienki nie są do zaakceptowania. Generalnie hotel powinien pójść do gruntownego remontu albo do wyburzenia, a personel powinien przejść gruntowne szkolenie. A na dokładkę gburowaty barman w hotelowym barze.

What a disappointment.
I’m still having a hard time believing this was a Hyatt affiliated hotel. The hotel staff and service were well below par. The room and beds were not comfortable. Did I mention the bad service? As a 20 year hotels.com user I got no benefits, NOTHING, zero, not even a bottle of water or a cup of coffee.

This place is fine but very businessy and functional, nowhere near as nice as it looked in hotels.com pics and IMO not good value for money. The lobby is very ugly and the reception on staff arrival seemed quite bored, so first impressions were not good. The WiFi is the worst I’ve ever seen in a hotel belonging to a major chain, almost nonexistent in our room (we used NH Hotel WiFi from next door!!!). The gym is new and q nice but sadly the beautiful looking sauna was not working. Breakfast was good though could have been more vegetarian options. Quite good location

Disappointed by the cleanliness and services
While the location and view at Lindner were excellent, cleanliness became a significant concern during our three-night stay. Upon arrival, we noticed unpleasant stains in the corner of the washstand. Despite requesting daily cleaning, the stains remained untouched throughout our stay, persisting for the next visitor. On the day of checkout, we were unexpectedly awakened at 8:04 AM by the cleaning staff rushing to service the room. When we expressed our concern at the reception, we were surprised to be informed that it is considered normal to be disturbed if the 'do not disturb' sign is not placed on the door. Regrettably, based on our experience, I cannot recommend Lindner for your visit to Vienna.

Good location to everything in walking distance to the city and main market area. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and overall great place to stay for the week I was there.
