Beautiful House with Pool

We can fully recommend Charnay Plaisance! The main house is beautiful (some renovation work is ongoing but is unobtrusive); our room was very comfortable; breakfast was very good; the swimming pool was fantastic and the welcome we received (from reception staff and from the owner and his wife) was very warm and friendly. We will return!

TrÚs mal renseigné par le manager sur l'accÚs depuis la gare. Visiblement pas son problÚme. Par contre la jeune femme qui nous a accueilli était absolument charmante (Leontine je crois). Chambre une peu désuÚte mais lit trÚs confortable. Petit dejeuner trÚs copieux et raffiné.

A hidden gem, the manor is tucked away on a domain easily overlooked. A beautiful house where we were by chance welcomed by the owner, chocolatier Daniel Mercier, with whom we shared stories and a cup of tea with chocolates. The room was gorgeous, fit for royalty, with a beautiful view of the grounds. Breakfast was top quality, heavy on delicious chocolate of course, well worth the caloric intake! We will be back for sure!

Endroit merveilleux, chambre grand confort, literie parfaite. Un seul petit bĂ©mol, le mini frigo fait un tout petit peu trop de bruit lĂ  nuit. Peut ĂȘtre pourrait il ĂȘtre installĂ© dans la salle de bain. Le personnel est trĂšs compĂ©tant, trĂšs gentil trĂšs professionnel.
