(FR4G7G9K) Recently built house (2015), composed of 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8) including a master suite with a shower room (walk-in shower and double sinks), separate toilet and dressing room. Second shower room (walk-in shower and double sinks) and second separate toilet. Large entrance, fully equipped kitchen with large table / bar overlooking the living room (bay windows and French windows facing south), pantry (washing machine and dryer), garage which can accommodate both a car and sports equipment. The heated swimming pool is located on the south side in a patio with trees facing the living room, a large covered terrace overlooks the swimming pool, it is protected from the winds and will allow you to make the most of the outdoors whatever the season and the weather. The pool maintenance is salted to prevent any risk of allergy. Solar outdoor shower. House without vis-à-vis but located close to the village (market every morning and shops) and 5 m walk from the beach of Vieux Boucau by a walking and cycling path. Located 5 m from the Pinsolle golf course, 10 m from the Moliets and Seignosse golf courses and close to the municipal tennis courts. Private parking for two vehicles. Enclosed field with ball games area You can, if you wish, access to all of the leisure activities and services offered by the resort without having to take your vehicle.
