A casa está muito bem equipada, com tudo o que é necessário para uma família (numerosa) passar férias garantindo a privacidade de cada um. Os quartos são amplos, o sótão é ótimo para quem tem crianças e as casas de banho têm tudo o que é necessário. O anfitrião é muito atento, disponível, sempre pronto a colaborar.
