The living room overlooks the spacious terrace equipped with garden furniture and deck chairs. The terrace faces south and has unobstructed views over the pool with open seaviews.



The main bedroom is furnished with a luxurious bed (180cm x 200cm) and the second bedroom has two single beds 90x200cm.



The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped. A coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), oven, microwave, toaster and dishwasher are available.



Further amenities include a washing machine, a smart TV, fast fiberinternet and beach chairs.



A parking space in the garage is included, and there is also plenty of parking space in front and next to the building.



Facilities at the building Terramar II include a large swimming pool surrounded by a tropical garden.
