The apartment accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for families or groups seeking comfort and style in a fully renovated setting. The renovation, completed in 2013, is reflected throughout in the tasteful and carefully curated furnishings that define each room.

The spacious living and dining room serves as the heart of the apartment, offering generous space for relaxation and shared meals, and is complemented by 2 south-facing balconies that invite guests to enjoy the surrounding scenery. The open kitchen is fitted with a bar area and is fully equipped for self-catering stays. Parquet floors run throughout the apartment, adding warmth and character to the overall aesthetic.

The 1st bedroom features 1 bunk bed in a single configuration (80 cm wide), 1 French bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm in length), a hand basin, a private shower, and a flat-screen television. The 2nd bedroom is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds (90 cm wide, 190 cm in length), 1 wall-trunk bed (80 cm wide, 190 cm in length), and a flat-screen television. The 3rd bedroom contains 1 French bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm in length) and a flat-screen television. The apartment includes a shower room with WC as well as a separate WC, accounting for the 2 bathrooms available to guests.
