Ruhiger Urlaub

Es war wunderschön, die Lage ist sehr ruhig und drum herum sind tolle Strände mit dem Auto erreichbar! Ein Auto ist unabdingbar. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, es ist toll eine Außendusche zu haben. Der Garten ist ein Highlight mit einer Hängematte, vergessen sie nicht Mückenspray mitzunehmen.

Familienurlaub in Villasimius

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal zu Gast bei Giovanna und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Der Garten ist einfach wunderbar und mit viel Liebe angelegt. Das Haus hat alles was wir brauchen und liegt schön ruhig. Mit dem Auto konnten wir viele schöne Strände in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Villasimius August 2023

Das Haus liegt außerhalb von Villasimius in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Eine sehr saubere Unterkunft, am Nachmittag liegt die Veranda und der Garten im Schatten, so dass man auch an heissen Tagen viel Zeit draussen (in der Hängematte) verbringen kann. Mit dem Auto hat man mit wenigen Minuten Fahrt eine ganze Reihe von wunderschönen Stränden zur Auswahl. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung und sehr netter Kontakt mit der sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieterin Giovanna. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Vacanze a Villasimius

Ciao, la casa si trova in una zona residenziale molto silenziosa. A pochi minuti di auto dalle varie spiagge della zona. La casa è dotata di una bella veranda riparata, barbeque e doccia esterna. 3 cose che sono state fondamentali per le abitudine mie e dei miei amici. Prezzo assolutamente adeguato ai servizi proposti. In definitiva ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Maison très agréable

Jolie maisonnette bien entretenue et fonctionnelle, située à proximité d'une belle plage (accessible à pied mais plus facilement en voiture). Il ya une supérette proche également. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Villasimius.

Super Unterkunft, sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, schöner Garten. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Alles bestens. Viele Strandmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto oder Velo in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Merita più di una settimana di soggiorno!

Appartamento delizioso e arredato con gusto, giardino curatissimo e ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di mare. Giovanna la proprietaria sempre disponibile. Posizione ideale per spostarsi un po' ovunque in base al vento e correnti del mare. Anche con un mese di soggiorno non ne avremo avuto abbastanza. Speriamo di tornare presto!

Casa molto bella in posizione tranquilla

La casa è in un contesto residenziale molto tranquillo e la posizione è ideale per raggiungere tutte le più belle spiagge di Villasimius e della Costa Rei. La casa è pulita e ha tutti i confort necessari. Molto bello anche il giardino con un barbecue. La signora Giovanna è stata molto disponibile ed è molto facile il contatto

Bellissima esperienza

Bellissima Villetta in un complesso molto ben tenuto e curato. La casa e' veramente molto carina dotata di tutto quello necessita. E quando dico tutto, intendo tutto fino alla macchinetta del caffe' espresso ( un dettaglio che ho apprezzato moltissimo ). E' in una zona veramente molto tranquilla e vicinissima a tutto a distanza di minuti. Per dare il senso del tutto posso solo dire che la sera non avevamo voglia di uscire ma di cucinare a casa e goderci il curatissimo giardino. Ringrazio Giovanna, la proprietaria, per la sua ospitalita' e cura di ogni dettaglio.

Urlaub im Juni in Villasimius

Uns hat der Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut und sie war hilfsbereit und jederzeit für uns zu erreichen. Das Haus liegt außerhalb von Villasimius in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Begeistert waren wir von dem liebevoll angelegten Garten, wir haben die meiste Zeit draußen im Garten oder auf der Veranda verbracht. Auf jeden Fall empfehlen wir ein Auto. Tolle Strände in der Umgebung. Wir würden gerne und jederzeit wiederkommen.

Tolle Lage mit Blick in die Berge

Die Unterkunft haben wir vorgefunden, wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist toll. Ca. 1 Stunde vom Flughafen Cagliari entfernt. Ein eigenes Auto ist fast unumgänglich. Wenn man dies hat, sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft an sich ist zweckmäßig, aber gemütlich. Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind (1,5 Jahre) dort, dabei müsste man allerdings aufpassen, da einige Stufen dort sind, die nicht "kindgerecht" sind. Ein Kinderbett wurde zur Verfügung gestellt, ein Hochstuhl ist leider nicht vorhanden. Zum Kochen ist eig. alles da, Kaffeemaschine für Tabs, allerdings würde ich die Nutzung der vorhandenen Mokkakannen empfehlen! Der nächste Strand ist selbst im Vergleich zu den umliegenden Stränden hübsch. In der Nebensaison auch nur an den Wochenenden voll. Insgesamt sind in 20 Autominuten mehrere wirklich tolle Strände zu erreichen. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin war jeder Zeit problemlos und kurzfristig zu erreichen. Einziges Manko (für uns nicht relevant), im 2. Schlafzimmer gab es keine Klimaanlage. Nochmal zu erwähnen, es gibt dort kein WLAN. Dies war uns aber bewusst und kein Problem, muss man nur wissen. Man kann von der Wohnung aus in die Berge gehen und hat einen tollen Ausblick über das gesamte Cap! Dauert ca. 1 Stunde in einer Richtung. Für Kinderwagen oder jüngere Kinder nicht geeignet.

la casa è accoglientissima e pulitissima, atrezzata di tutto il necessario e anche di piu. Tenuta molto bene e con un giadino splendido, ideale per famiglie. Noi eravamo in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo e con gli spazi giusti per tutti. Immersa in un contesto di residenze tranquille e veramente a due passi dalle spiagge. Consigliatissima! Giovanna è sta una padrona di casa splendida e sempre presente per qualsiasi necessità.

Villetta Top!

Villetta in comprensorio, dotata di tutti i comfort, senza aria condizionata che però non si rende necessaria vista la posizione. A disposizione 3 ventilatori. Cucina bellissima e super attrezzata. Giardino curato e patio ben arredato. Cosi come tutto il resto della casa. Parcheggio privato. Ottima posizione per raggiungere tutte le spiagge di Villasimius e Costa Rei. Meravigliosa Villetta nel verde a Cruccuris

Proprietari molto cortesi. Messo persino del vino e olio proprio a disposizione. Attrezzata di tutto, non mancava niente per sentirsi a suo agio come a casa. Giardino spazioso e ben curato come la villetta. Tutto sommato grandioso e da consigliare.

Maison très agréable, très bien équipée, joli jardin!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine chez Giovanna. La maison était très très propre à notre arrivée. Nous avons tout de suite adoré le jardin superbe et bien entretenu! La maison n'a pas d'air conditionné mais reste très fraîche! Nous n'avons pas du tout eu chaud malgré la température exterieure très élevée. Il y a beaucoup d'équipements en particulier dans la cuisine. La machine à laver est aussi très appreciable. En prime, grande disponibilité et amabilité de Giovanna dans tous nos échanges. Nous conseillons cette location sans hésitation. Merci encore Giovanna...Grazie Mille!
