La maison est une belle et grande maison avec de nombreuses pièces et chambres. Les contacts se font via une conciergerie qui est réactive et à l'écoute. Malheureusement nous avons été décus par cette location: la maison semble plus destinée à des séjours courts qu'à une location d'une semaine pour une famille (notre cas). Les équipements pour cuisiner sont insuffisants et parfois vétustes (frigidaires); la vaisselle n'était pas propre et nous avons du relaver assiettes et couverts que nous avons utilisés. Pas de lave linge proposé (la conciergerie nous a dépanné).Certaines pièces (2ème étage) sont difficilement utilisables : lit "clic-clac" dans l'une des chambres et absence de fenetre dans l'autre chambre (dortoir).Il y a un manque de pression dans certaines sdb.Aucune table ni chaise n'est installée dans la maison : elles sont dans une annexe et c'est à chacun d'aller chercher et monter ce dont il a besoin.Le parquet de la salle à manger était fragile et partiellement effondré sur une zone de 50 cm par 50 cm qu'il faut protéger. La "piscine" qui figure dans le descriptif s'est avérée être un petit bassin hors sol de 2 m x 2 m et de 50 cm de profondeur ...La partie centrale du jardin est jouxtée par 2 autres parcelles qui ne sont pas entretenues et servent de dépotoirs ce qui nuit à l'esthétique du jardin loué.La cour qui dessert la maison est partagée avec d'autres logements.Un entretien approfondi de cette maison semble nécessaire.
