I’ve stayed at this hotel 3-4 times, when I started it was brand new. Now you can tell some wear & tear has happened, there were stains on the curtains in our room, very uncomfortable pillows and they would only provide 1 bottle of free water per stay, not per day which was very weird. Overall it’s good, great location and the rooms were clean, has elevator.

The location is just absolutely awesome and walking distance to the key spots in Old Town. There are a lot of eating out options around the hotel as well. Rooms are sufficiently clean though the interiors can be a bit a jarring in terms of lots of gold/other ostentatious fitments in the room (presumably to give a “palace” feel to us lesser mortals!!).

This hotel is perfectly located for exploring Vilnius and the staff are really friendly and my room was spacious and clean. The hotel also offers lots of other amenities like bike rental and I think you can also hire an Xbox for a couple of hours too! Highly recommend!
