Fully fenced Villa Filip, located on the island of Vir, is the perfect destination for all those who need a luxurious relaxation in the pool or swimming in the Adriatic Sea on the beautiful beaches. The municipality of Vir, as well as the island of the same name, are connected to the mainland thanks to the built bridge, and the nearest towns are Nin (15 km) and Zadar (26 km). Villa Filip, with its spacious 400 m2 space, and a distance of only 50 m from the beach, offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 people and is fully air conditioned. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with shower, and a terrace with seats and a table where you can completely relax and enjoy your morning coffee with the sound of the waves and the view of the greenery. On the roof of Villa Filip there is another terrace with a small corner set, a table and two deck chairs.



On the ground floor is another bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, pantry, and modern living room with corner sofa, armchair, coffee table and TV, where you will surely enjoy watching your favourite movies and series with your family. The beautiful, breathtaking kitchen, together with the dining room and dining table for 8 people, will be one of your favourite rooms because you will enjoy preparing delicious meals with your loved ones, and you can try all of the above on an outdoor gas grill. Near the dining room there is an outdoor terrace with a table for 8 people, and a pool of 21 m2 where you can cool off during the day or night, and next to which 4 sun loungers are perfect for relaxing in complete privacy.



Villa Filip, as an additional content, offers you a washing machine and iron. If you are accompanied by children, a baby cot is at your disposal. The villa has two private parking spaces inside the yard.



Fishing, sailing, bike rental and diving are just some of the activities you have the opportunity to try. Some of the sights of the island of Vir that you will want to visit and photograph are the Church of St. John the Baptist, the fortress of Kaštelina, which is one of the most famous sights built in the 17th century. It was built by the Venetian authorities to defend the population of the royal city of Nin and the island of Vir from Turkish attacks. Among other sites that are also worth visiting are the parish church of St. George and the naval lighthouse Vir from the 19th century. Drive to the city of Nin, which bears the title of the oldest Croatian royal city, visit the city of Zadar, its Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun, and enjoy the beautiful sunset and romantic evenings!
