Missing reservation, peed on the car

Upon arrival, they could not find the reservation. While one person waited in the car, the other went in to try to get the reservation straightened out. While one was in the car, a man came up and urinated on the side of the vehicle. We went somehere else without their ever finding the reservation.

We checked in between 5:30pmand 5:40 and checked out at 11:36pm. After a long day at the beach, we had a 3-hour drive back home. We had to buy our own cleaning supplies, including bleach and air fresheners for the car, as well as some blankets to get comfortable enough to sleep. Unfortunately, we started noticing roaches everywhere, which prompted us to pack our things and head to the front desk to explain what we encountered and what we could do about it. The staff advised us to either stay or go home. I was in shock, so we chose to leave. Additionally, we had two rooms: one for my husband, son, and me, and another for my mother-in-law, who discovered roaches in her bed and refrigerator. This was the most disrespectful place I have ever stayed in, and I couldn't believe it was real. I wish it had been a dream, but unfortunately, it was not.

Check in was 3 hours later than what you had in my itinerary, making my entire trip miserable. Staff very argumentative even after showing them my check in time on my confirmation. Very very dissapointing, i will use an alternate online booking source for future stays.

This property was close to our destination. The staff was not friendly they only cleaned our room and provided towels one day of our 3 nights. When I called the front desk he advised if I wanted towels i would need to go the the office and request ugg. The internet showed blow dryers and there wasnt any. I had go purchase one. The whole stay was aweful.

DANGER!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Danger!!! DO NOT stay here!! The rooms are disgusting, the smell was awful and they have bugs. I felt unsafe the minute we pulled into the parking lot, there was a strong smell of weed and the employee that was working there looked like he just got out of jail and waiting to mug us. When I asked for a refund they turned their nose at me. This place should get shut down immediately!! If you stay here you will most likely get robbed, mugged, catch a disease, bring home bugs or all of the above!

Been there done that.

Bathroom floor needed cleaning as well as the side of x the toilet facicing the wall. I bought cleaners and disinfected. Orgerwise it was just old and dated but comfortable.

Extremely Poor and Terrible

It was extremely terrible they said they were puting me in a new room that had been completely redone they only thing i seen was maybe the carpet the beds are hard has a rock no water in the pool pull the blankets out and covered in dirt and bugs the shower curtain looks like old bed bug marks theres a big whole under the bathroom sink smelled like mold the whole time the fridge was hot didnt work the rv was in and out it was a extremely terrible experience never will i recommend that place or stay it was a wait of money the elevator didnt even work
