- No pets allowed. If you're bringing a service animal, please disclose it in your reservation or upon signing this agreement. The host has severe allergies, so a thorough cleaning is required after your stay. Thanks for your cooperation.

- Hotels do it and so do we! A valid credit card is required for a $500 security & damage deposit hold 1 day prior to your stay in our home. We also require a signed e-agreement within 48 hours of booking. We will be collecting email addresses and IDs from guests in order to sign the rental agreement. Beautiful home with lovely dĂ©cor and a warm, welcoming feel. The space was thoughtfully designed and very comfortable, with inviting nooks that are perfect for curling up with a good book. One of the highlights was definitely the sunsets—they were absolutely stunning and made the evenings extra special.Our host, Debbie, was kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great experience overall and truly appreciated the hospitality. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A lovely, well appointed home. The weather was terrible for a couple of days so we had the opportunity to really use all the amenities. Very quiet neighborhood and a beautiful setting. Terrific communication with the homeowner as well.

We have been coming to VA for 20 years and had always stayed on the beach side. This year we chose to stay on the quieter bay side and it was like a whole new experience. Beautiful tree-line street, quiet, no traffic, and a lot cooler because of the vegetation and breeze off the bay. We rented bikes and enjoyed biking to the beach where there is ample bike parking. The house is beautifully appointed and super comfortable. Everything is new, high quality, and well thought out. We hope to stay here again next time!

Cold and windy beach trip

We were in town for a wrestling tournament. This property was beautiful with amazing views! Every detail was perfect for our trip! The hot tub was amazing as we came on a cold and windy week! The place was perfectly clean and what isn’t pictured is an amazing walk in shower! Highly recommend this property!
