This property is located on the south end of VA Beach boardwalk, very beach-accessible. Friendly, helpful staff. Our room was nice; I would stay there again. However, the price was too high for the facility, and they need to spruce up the hallways if they want to sell time-share or full ownership.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Quarters Resort this year while on our vacation. The staff was very polite, accommodating and very friendly. My family are all adults now so having the opportunity to obtain a suite was relieving. In addition to having separate rooms, it had a kitchen as well (small oven/air fryer, sink, dish washer, fridge, and stove top.) The best part was the Ocean view from the 7th floor, breath taking. The only negative thing i can think of is the parking garage can be a little challenging, its really tight going down. But it is not that bad. All and all my family had a blast this year at the beach and we had a wonderful place to come back to and enjoy the view. I would be be happy to stay there again next year.

Nice hotel but at over $500/night, I’d expect nicer. Room was not ready at check in. Had to wait nearly two hours. Big water puddle in outside hallway we had to walk through.

The room was large enough to accommodate our large family and nice . Staff was excellent and all of our needs were met promptly and kindly. I felt safe. Pools were great I can’t wait to come back when the rooftop restaurant and bar is open! We thought everyone was being dramatic about the parking garage being small but it is tiny and very hard to drive through. However they have extra parking in a close lot so just park there. We will be back

We were told there were no rooms and we should not be charged for the reservation. We did not stay there and had to find other accommodations at the last minute due to the facility being sold out and double booked for the weekend. We had a late arrival and had room, Very poor on their part !!! It was very difficult to find a place and we had to change hotels in the middle of our stay.

For 1 night I spent $612 only to get there and my room was not ready well after check-in time 4pm until around 8pm. They did provide a later checkout time of 11:30am but that was really it. The staff were kind and I guess they did all they could to help. Nonetheless, for that price I feel something more should of been done for my family.

The property was clean and smelled nice. Our suite was also very clean with plenty of clean towels and pool towels. Our tub was clogged and immediately they sent maintenance to fix it. Everyone was exceptional on the day shift. No bugs were observed. My complaints are the beds were brick hard, pillows sucked, and hot water wasn’t very hot, but property was completely booked. Shout out to housekeeping! If no one else thanks you for the work you do, I am. Thank you housekeeping for providing clean rooms and to all staff for being gracious.

Not the worst but never again.

This is an older condo building sorely in need up upgrades. The air conditioning in the rooms worked great but the common areas struggled to cool as did the refreshment rooms located on some floors. So much so they had supplemental fans in each of the rooms to cool the machines so that they would work. Our first night was loud music being blasted from a balcony next to or right under ours. It took 2 phone calls to resolve it 15 minutes apart. The room 2 floors down started with the loud music the next night for 20-30 minutes. Cigarette and weed smoking out of control around us. Very frustrating if you stay somewhere because of claims that it is smoke free. The doors all slam hard and jar you out of your sleep. The parking garage is horribly small and a challenge to navigate. So much so they warn you about it when you check in. I can't image how many have damaged their cars entering/exiting. I was ready to leave by the 2nd night and ask for a full refund. Won't do this again!
