Welcome to Ocean Heart, a spacious eight-bedroom beach house with three levels of modern living space and stunning sunset views over Back Bay. Recently updated, the home features fresh paint, revarnished steps, new outdoor furniture, a new display case, and beautiful landscaping with rows of rosemary bushes.
New updates for 2026 include a concrete driveway as well as new countertop/backsplash and kitchen cabinets for the kitchenette on the 1st floor. The 2025 upgrades included two leather sectional sofas in the third-floor living room, seven new leather chairs in the bedrooms, a pergola over the hot tub, 20 new dining chairs, fresh artwork, and new appliances, including an A/C unit, a dishwasher, two French door refrigerators, and a new water heater.
Each level offers bedrooms and gathering areas, perfect for large families. Relax on expansive decks overlooking the fenced pool, hot tub, and dock, or take a short walk to the beach. The great room is ideal for family time, featuring granite countertops, double appliances, and ample dining space. Two suites with private baths are on the top floor, while the middle level has three suites and a child-friendly bunk room, all with accent lighting and TVs. The lower level includes a kitchenette, a game table, and two bedrooms with easy access to the pool area.
Enjoy sunny and shaded spots on the decks with panoramic views of the bay and incredible sunsets. Ample parking makes this home the perfect choice for your family vacation.

Things to Know
This home has a dedicated cleaner for the entire summer and there will not be any cleaning issues.
The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.
In response to previous reviews regarding mold, we want to assure you that this property has had a thorough remediation process, followed by comprehensive testing that confirmed the absence of mold. We continuously strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety at this property.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
