Additional amenity details: Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is an available option at this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round.
All Sandbridge Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
The use of the property is restricted to use by You and Your family, unless it is agreed upon, in writing, to occupancy by a non-family group. A âfamilyâ means parents, grandparents, children, and extended family members vacationing at the property. For example, the use of the property by fraternities, sororities, groups under the age of 24, or unrelated groups is prohibited.
We planned this trip for over a year. While we had an issue with the grill ( which was addressed immediately) the problem with the refrigerator and the faucet on the kitchen sink took a bit longer. As the hosts we were the only ones that were bothered by this. The location was wonderful ! One suggestion, since the house is pet friendly, would be to fix the gate to the beach so it latches securely. The ground floor wasnât as clean as I expected, but, again, no one noticed except me.
Our family had a fantastic time and we wouldnât hesitate to return to the house again.
Property was perfectly located, well appointed but on arrival screen door to slider was off and dishwasher wasn't working but the worst problem was how dirty the house was. Dog hair everywhere, stuck under chairs , big clumps all under furniture. I spent 10 hours cleaning the property before my family arrived.
Sandbridge Blue Realty was the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. I was treated rudely, disrespectfully and will never rent from them again. I worked for a vacation rental company for many summers in Lake Placid NY and they never would have treated a renter the way I was treated. I have rented vacation homes in Nags Head, Emerald Isle and many other places and have never had an experience like this. Will NEVER rent from this company again.
Great location. The house was clean. The pool and outside areas are great. We were not happy that we were charged a pet fee even though we were not bringing any pets, and there were some maintenance issues but hopefully these will be addressed quickly. We enjoyed our stay at this property
We had a great time. Halie at Sandbridge Blue was very helpful. Couple things need fixed before we decide on whether to rent the property again though... 1. Yard around the pool wasnât secure 2. Mold on the wall in the room by the hot tub
Issues with cleanliness of property, several broken screens and rails. Insect swarms, and finally, power surges and electrical issues that caused us to be afraid to sleep the last night
