We only booked this hotel because we were 3 and needed a closed bedroom, also, the location was ideal for us, but that's it.
The place strongly needs maintenance and a thorough cleaning.
There is dirt, everywhere ! The premises, the parking lot, the hallways, the room floors, walls and furniture. The ice machine on the 4th floor was not working. I don't think they ever clean these machines so I would only use the ice for the bucket to cool my wine.They advertise a kitchen, yet it has nothing. No dining table, no cookware, no silverware, no dishes, no rags nor cleaning supplies. There was no cold water on tap. The sofa bed was horribly uncomfortable and we had to ask for a replacement because the first one wouldn't open. There is no bathroom tissue. They only gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper. Housekeeping never came to the room in the 3 days that we were there.The linens were stained and upon arrival, there were only 3 towels, no bath carpet or face towels, we had to ask for more. The bedding is cheap and stained.The coffee maker may be the cheapest on the market and had unsufficient amount of coffee for 3 people, for 3 days.The sliding door was hard to open. There is NO POOL. I stayed at that hotel in May 2000 and it was gorgeous. It's sad that it has been left to die since. The owners obviously don't care about their property nor their clients. Because it is not part of a hotel chain, they don't care about standards. In this case, it doesn't even meet the bare minimum. AVOID
