Vacationing is easy in this newly refreshed beach condo!

Walk just1.5 blocks to the boardwalk on 28th Street in Virginia Beach. We are on the north end of the beach which is known for being a little quieter and more family oriented. Our condo is on the second floor right next to the open stairwell. There are just 42 units in this complex, so it’s not overly crowded and there are quiet hours between 10pm-8am. The condo complex has a pool (open Memorial Day to the end of September) and is just steps away from dozens of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Be sure to check out one of the stages on the boardwalk (31st and 24th St) for free concerts all summer long. Just across the street, there is a very nice grocery store (Harris Teeter), that has lots of pre-made meal options in addition to all your grocery essentials.

Enjoy this freshly painted condo with a brand new sleeper sofa, a few new rugs and some beach inspired décor. We upgraded much of the kitchenware in addition to all new sheets, towels and blankets. There is complimentary parking for up to 2 vehicles (parking passes provided), an elevator and luggage carts available. The condo’s kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Keep your groceries fresh and accessible in our handy rolling cart, equipped with with airtight storage containers. We keep the Keurig stocked with a few organic coffee options as well as sugar, stevia, honey and creamer. Not a coffee drinker? We have you covered with a well rounded selection tea to choose from.

The condo is fully stocked with linens, pillows, blankets, beach towels, bath/hand towels and washcloths. We provide hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. We also provide toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and Clorox wipes. In the primary bedroom you will find a queen size bed, a sound machine and and air purifier. There is a washer and dryer stocked with Tide Pods (Free & Gentle) and dryer sheets (Free+ Clear). We provide an Iron and Ironing board, just in case you're planning a nice dinner at one of the fine dining options in town. In the second bedroom, there are two twin beds, a sound machine and a pack n' play. We have all new sheets, quilts and blankets for each bed. We also keep a beach umbrella, 4 backpack beach chairs and a beach wagon at the condo, you don't want to have to pack all that! You'll have access to high speed internet (Wi-Fi) with Roku streaming sticks on both TVs. There is also a selection of books, games and puzzles.
