For additional sleeping space, a comfortable sofa bed is available in the living room. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and toilet for your convenience.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house The entrance to the house is via a few steps. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 7:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
