Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (24 m2), garden furniture (swing). In the house: internet access, table football, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 3.3 km, pebble beach 17 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.

Wunderschöner Urlaub!

Wir (zwei Erwaschsene und unsere 2 jährige Tochter) hatten einen wirklich tollen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus. Sowohl das Haus, als auch die Außenanlage sind sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnräume waren sehr sauber und es war alles vorzufinden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Empfangen wurden wir sehr herzlich und mit Leckerein begrüßt. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden wir immer mit frischem Obst, frischem Gemüse und Eiern versorgt. Als Highlight des Urlaubes wurde uns ein super leckeres Barbecue zubereitet. Zudem haben wir nach einer Woche frische Bettlaken erhalten. Die Vermieter waren immer super zu erreichen und absolut hilfsbereit. Wir können einen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und möchten uns nochmal ganz herzlich für den tollen Urlaub und die überaus herzliche Gastfreundschaft bedanken.

Super Urlaub, alles war bestens

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in Istrien verbracht. Die Vermieter wohnen neben an und haben uns sehr nett empfangen. Jeden zweiten Tag wurden wir gefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei oder wir was brauchen. Sie waren den ganzen Urlaub immer bemüht, damit es uns an nichts fehlt. Obwohl Sie daneben wohnen, hat man nichts davon gemerkt. Es war eher so, als ob man Nachbarn hätte. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Klima ist vorhanden, brauchten wir aber nicht, da das Steinhaus sich nicht aufgeheizt hat und es im Haus immer angenehme Temperaturen hatte. Der Pool war das Highlight. Er ist sehr groß und wir haben täglich unsere Bahnen gezogen. Mittlerweile gibt es für Kinder eine Schaukel und auf dem Grundstück gibt es genügend Platz zum Fußball oder Federball spielen. In Porec ist man in ca. 15 km, Rovinj war eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir können das Haus und natürlich die Vermieter, nur weiter empfehlen. Es war mal wieder ein sehr schöner Urlaub in Istrien.
