The space
Escape the hustle and bustle in this tranquil, inviting mid-century gem. Designed with an open floor plan, the house is filled with natural light from large windows and skylights. Pearched on a hillside, it offers stunning valley views from the deck, living room, kitchen, and most bedrooms, creating a perfect setting for relaxation.

The bright and open kitchen features a breakfast bar and is fully stocked with a veriety of cooking essentials and modern appliances. The open layout ensures you're always connected with family and friends, or watching a movie while cooking up a storm.

The dining room is open to the kitchen and living space, and has seating for 6 to 8 people at the solid hardwood table.

The large living room has lots of ample comfortable seating on the leather sofa for relaxing with friends and family while playing a board game, watching a movie, or enjoying the wood-burning fireplace.

The primary suite features an ensuite bath with a private outdoor shower and diret access to the patio and hot tub. The second bath has a deep soaker tub and shower.
Both bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and organic toiletries. All four bedrooms offer high quality mattresses, down pillows, and natural cotton-linen bedding. Each room has its own AC/heat controls and ceiling fan.

The back deck is perfect for barbecues, with a gas grill, picnic table, and a custom-built outdoor daybed surrounded by passion fruit vines. Below the deck you'll find a grassy lawn with a trampoline and fruit trees.

We provide basic beach essentials: a cooler, chairs, boogie boards, a portable grill, and kids toys in the shed by the courtyard fountain.

Guest access
The whole house, front and back yards are yours to enjoy! The garage is locked and not available for guests to use. The owner has access to the lower adjacent property. This will not disturb you or encroach on your privacy.

Other things to note
We are dog friendly, there is a $50 pet fee. Please notify us if you will be bringing a pet in your reservation request, and include basic information about the size, breed, and personality.

Quiet Hours: 10pm-7AM (Per City of Vista Ordinance)
No smoking or vaping of any kind indoors.
No parties, events, or unregistered guests.

We welcome clean, quiet, and conscientious guests. Only the guests on the reservation should occupy the hoe, with the primary renter being 25 or over unless approved. Maintaining the homes integrity and security is a top priority, ensuring a positive relationship with neighbors.
