Modern urban villa near Pula, the biggest city in Istra. The villa is situated in a new, quiet neighborhood, only 3 km from the beautiful beaches of Fažana and the entrance to the stunning national park Briuni.
The urban villa 'Casita' got its name after the old istrian building called 'kažun', that served as a shed in the field, and today is part of the cultural heritage of Istra.

The villa is fully equipped for 6 persons. It consists of a garden with a big terrace and pool, the ground floor with a kitchen, dining area, a living room connected to the terrace and the first floor with 3 big rooms, a balcony with a view on an old olive grove and the Brijuni archipelago.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and appliances, including a fridge, freezer, dish washer and an induction plate. The only thing remaining is to enjoy cooking and try out the local Mediterranean spices.
The dining and living rooms are spacious and can easily accommodate 6 persons. The living room is connected to a big outdoor terrace with a table and comfortable chairs, perfect to enjoy dinner on the fresh air. From the terrace you can access the garden, filled with green grass and an old olive tree, or the beach, with comfortable deck chairs, sunshades and a solar shower.
At the first floor 3 rooms are available, equipped wit new mattresses, and to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea there is a terrace with a beautiful view on the olive grove just across the house.
On each floor there is one fully equipped bathroom - with towels and all body care products.
