Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.

Vrbnik. The landlord lives in the house only occasionally but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) in a car park in the town. Private parking spaces are available, not on the property, at no extra cost, 350 m away.
