Downtown Waco Loft Two Blocks to The Silo District and Everything Magnolia. The condo has everything you could ever need for a wonderful Waco stay!
The Behrens Lofts are located in the historic railroad warehouse district of downtown Waco. The lofts are within walking distance of Baylor University, the dining, retail and entertainment areas of downtown Waco, and Magnolia Market and The Silos. This is a thriving and growing downtown Waco area filled with rich history and endless activities and

Waco Vacation Rentals manages the property and is available to respond to any questions you have about the property or the check in process. You will be emailed a digital welcome LINK with area information 7 days before your stay, complete with popular places to see, favorite restaurants and things to do in Waco.
On the day of your arrival, you will receive a TEXT message and an EMAIL with access information at 1:00 pm Central Time for your vacation rental. This is self check in property at 3 p.m or after.


Loft living in Downtown Waco! Just 2 blocks away and within walking distance to the Silo District, this 4th floor loft has spectacular balcony views of downtown Waco and the Silos.


You will have access to the entire loft

The loft is located on the 4th floor and there is an elevator for your use. Upon entrance you will see luggage carts to transport your luggage on the elevator to the 4th floor. There are no stairs once inside the loft. There are stairs and a ramp to the entrance outside.
Behrens Loft has a community work out room for your use during your stay. It is located on the ground floor near the front door elevator.

Waco Stop

After being in Austin for a convention, we stopped in Waco for a couple days of fun. We loved the location. Fabled is right next door. Lovely book store! The Silos are close. The location made it easy to get to other sites/eating establishments.

Girls Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The loft was very clean and was exactly what was described in the description. The location is perfect. We spent most of our time shopping at all the boutiques and trying local restaurants and the location made this very convenient.

Waco’s recent growth brings new restaurants and businesses. It makes a fun and exciting weekend retreat for friends. The location was easy to access and within walking distance from restaurants and shops. Parking was OK. The weekend was perfect!

Great for adults, not kid friendly

We would definitely come back again, however we would leave our kids next time! Loved the location and we were able to leave our car parked and walk to dinner and shops!

Stunning and comfortable loft

We had a lovely stay at the loft! Everything is provided for that you would need while away from home. We appreciated the big comfortable sofa, the fully equipped kitchen and the huge bathrooms. Under 4 blocks to Magnolia, and we walked there twice for the cupcakes.

Very clean and well maintained

One of the cleanest and well decorated place we’ve stayed in. Very close to Baylor. Only downside is the parking is across the street and there are limited spaces that don’t have reserved signs. Overall great place to stay especially if you want to be close to campus and downtown.

Location, location, location

This beautiful condo is situated just steps from the Dr. Pepper museum and the Silos. It is also within walking distance of several good restaurants. The communication with the property manager could not have been better. Do not let earlier reviews scare you about the parking situation. Just follow the directions that are sent to you, The garage parking was free. It’s all quite easy. Would not hesitate to stay here again when in Waco.

Another great stay!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this particular property. This is. It by mistake. Excellent location. Close to campus and easy access to lots of restaurants. All the necessary amenities. Would definitely recommend. Will be back!!! The Lofts are by far our most favorite place to stay when we’re in town.

Baylor Parents weekend

Had a great stay visiting our daughters for family weekend. This was a great home base as we drove back and forth to campus numerous times daily. So convenient. The little amenities were such a great touch! Really great job by management. Note: important to know that the bedrooms don’t have a ceiling so you can hear hear everything. Fine if all family. Awkward if two couples, etc Wonderful stay overall!

Loft stay

Really enjoyed the privacy of the loft. Location is awesome!!! Only three complaints: the beds were too soft and we sank in the middle. The parking doesn't feel safe. If the owners have reserved parking, and would allow us to use it, that would be awesome. Schlepping food, and luggage across the street in the heat was no fun and stressful.
