The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful anytime we dealt with them. The room was very clean and plenty of space for a family of 4. We had the 2 queen room with a full sofa bed. The sofa bed itself needs some work. Mattress is flimsy; mattress pad stained and not fitted to the mattress. The bedding was in a bag in the room which was good. Staff made the room up every day with the exception of the sofa bed the one day I did not make it- which was odd. Having the microwave was good for the kids when they wanted leftovers. The location is convenient to the Hgwy and is only 3 miles to Waco Convention center which is where our activities were held. Do lot plan to walk to the center or the silos or any attractions from here. These are not walkable routes. Plenty of food in the area. Pool was clean and clear, lots of sun warms it during the day. The breakfast looked and smelled good, however we did not make it down for it. Parking on site was not an issue and this location was definitely a good thing we rented a car. Only issue we had was our room keys kept not working which we needed to return to the front desk multiple times to have them activated again. I would say invest in new pillows. The square pillows don’t cut it size wise and are very lumpy or too soft. I would stay again.

Sister weekend

We enjoy staying here! We've stayed many times since we have family in Waco! Easy and really not bad to get to (even with construction). Everyone is always so nice! I know we will be visiting again! Had a great weekend with my sisters!
