There are quite a few older homes, some rundown, some needing some TLC, but it is fun to drive around and see all the potential "Fixer Uppers" that Chip and Joanna might hit up next.

This home is so well appointed with beautiful and really comfortable furniture. The coffee bar and fully equipped kitchen make meals easy. The location is perfect for visiting with a Baylor student or taking in the sites. Dogs are welcome with a perfect fully fenced in backyard and a horseshoe game to play for the humans!

Comfy beds, convenient to Baylor. The living room was a great set up to hang out in comfortably. House was great, spacious, nice kitchen & bathrooms. Everything we needed and more. Only downside was each time we were coming or leaving, we had to smell the neighbor’s weed and cigarettes. Neighbors were always friendly though :)Would stay here again :)

Cute little spot for visiting all the hot spots in Waco

Great central location for the places we wanted to go in Waco. Home was very inviting, and well put together. Check in and out was extremely smooth and it made the ease of our stay so nice.

great place!

very nice place! clean, well appointed, just a few minutes from the university (Law School Graduation) loved the coffee bar and the availability of recycling! lots of cooking dishes, beds were nice. I'd just mention that the neighborhood looks a little sketchy but we had no problems at all not even noise! WIFI was intermittent we assumed due to the recent storms, but no big deal! LOVED YOUR PLACE!! If we are ever in Waco your place would be our first choice!!

Quiet house

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. It is next to a cemetery, so if you don’t mind that, you will love it. We found it very spacious, comfortable and clean. Had a small hiccup with the dryer and a cabinet knob, but nothing that would ruin our stay. Very close to BU & HEB as well. I would recommend it.
