Eden Rock is an immaculately presented bungalow situated in the heart of Rock.

Eden Rock is an immaculately presented detached two bedroom bungalow which has been renovated throughout by the current owners. Equipped to a high standard with oil fired central heating, hardwood flooring and a modern kitchen diner with plenty of space for four people.

The property has a good sized rear garden with two sets of French doors leading out to a large sun terrace with outdoor seating.

Driveway with path leading to front porch, ring doorbell fitted, with a spacious entrance hall.

Lounge - with ample seating for four guests and a log burner to use in the cooler months. TV and DVD player.

Kitchen - With modern units and tiled floor leading to dining area with table and 4 chairs. 2 sets of French doors opening out to the large patio and garden. Wall mounted TV.

The property has two double bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and built in double wardrobe and dresser with stool. Wall mounted TV.

Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed with built in wardrobe. Wall mounted TV.
Bedding, towels and tea towels are not included but can be hired if required from local linen providers, (Atlantic Laundry, or North Cornwall Linen).

Family bathroom with wc, bidet, bath (not full length) and separate free standing shower.

Outside - there is a good sized rear garden laid to lawn with pretty shrubs. There is a patio surrounding the rear and side of the property with table and chairs to sit out and enjoy the sunshine.

Bookings are for 7, 14 or 21 days from Saturday to Saturday

Beautiful bungalow

We had a wonderful week here in Rock. The bungalow is absolutely lovely and situated in a nice quiet little road. We had fantastic weather so great to be able to sit outside in the large pleasant garden. It's a perfect base from which to explore this beautiful part of Cornwall.

Everything you need!

Ended Rock has everything you could ever want for your stay in Rock! Our family stayed for a week, the kitchen and dining are generous and very well equipped, comfy living room and bedrooms. Spacious outdoors and close to shops & cafes. Would recommend the Dining Room restaurant!!

Lovely house great location

We stayed at Eden Rock for the second time.this August. We were lucky with the weather and had a wonderful stay. It is well located for beaches and shops and is on a quiet street. The bungalow itself is well equipped, comfortable and clean.

Fantastic place to stay

Andrews place was perfect for us as a family of four with two young children. The whole place was exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything you could need, essentially a home from home. Only thinks I would have liked was for towels and bed linen to be provided as I would have happily paid extra for laundering costs rather than bring our own adding to our luggage. The location is great with a local bakery, great fish and chip shop and well stocked local shop. Beaches are only a few minutes drive away. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Excellent, quite location, with a great butchers, bakers, fishmongers and well stocked, almost mini supermarket, in 5 mins, walking distance. Great base to explore, North Cornwall. Great cooking facilities with large, comfortable, beds. Would definately stop again.

Lovely property

We had an excellent stay at Eden Rock. All communication was very clear and the owner was exceptionally helpful and understanding when we struggled with the key safe. The bungalow was very clean on arrival and conveniently positioned within Rock.

Lovely, clean and comfortable bungalow

We had a great holiday-we were lucky with the weather. The house is very clean and comfy. The position is good for the shops in Rock and only a short walk to Porthilly beach and Rock beach beyond where you can get the ferry to Padstow. The immediate surrounding area is nice and quiet. My one thing to improve it is having the towels and linen provided as part of the rental. We took our own as local rental was a bit steep so it meant an extra bag in the car and more washing when we got home. Otherwise a great place to stay :)

Ein Ort zum Bleiben!

Ein wundervolles, sehr sauberes, topp ausgestattetes Haus in absolut ruhiger Gegend. Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und wĂ€ren am liebsten geblieben! Toll ist die WĂ€scheleine im Garten, an der Badekleider sehr schnell trocken waren. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke fĂŒr die zuverlĂ€ssigen und schnellen Antworten auf alle unsere Fragen!

Absolutely Perfect

The Bungalow is ideally situated being in a peaceful area yet perfect for exploring inland. And also 5 mins to the beaches by car with easy parking.Andrew is superb host, replies immediately to any queries. Property is immaculate and obviously been renovated to extremely high standards.Hard to think of anything that hasn’t already been said except it’s probably the nicest place we have stayed in a long while. We shall be back!

Wonderful place to stay!

Having never stayed in Rock before Eden Rock was the perfect accommodation for our family of 4 in a brill location. Rock beach and restaurants are approx 20 mins walk away - less than 5 mins in car, plenty of parking available. The ferry can also be accessed here for a short enjoyable ride over to Padstow. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for an extremely comfortable 2 week stay- we even tried to extend by a few days! Communication with Andrew was great throughout. Highly recommend this property for anyone wishing to visit Rock, they will not be disappointed.

Cornwall getaway

Good walk to beach but car park available. Good range of shops and restaurants of which we tried all of them and found the food, service and friendly, overall a very good standard. The property was a high standard and the kitchen if you wanted to eat in was very well equipped. Every thing you needed, home from home! The area was very quiet and peaceful ( even the seagulls restrained themselves ) All in all a good restful holiday.

Perfect Staycation

Beautiful property well presented with all you need for a perfect getaway. Loved the local town of Rock with everything you need. We ate at the Rock Inn highly recommended but unfortunately The Mariners Rock was fully booked perhaps next time. Would highly recommend this lovely place. Pauline

Home from home

Lovely property, clean and comfortable with a super kitchen for family meals and card games after a long day body boarding and swimming in the sea. We found the Cluedo in the cupboard, played bat and ball on the newly mowed lawn and watched a film or two on Netflix as there's a good wi fi connection. It's a twenty minute walk to the sea shore and the architecturally amazing holiday homes are bound to start conversations. We enjoyed a ferry ride across the estuary to Padstow and even found some vegan pasties. At the end of the day we slept like logs. Very comfy beds and a TV in every room, but to be honest I was asleep before I even thought to turn it on. Brilliant holiday made better by such a lovely place to stay.

A true eden in Rock

We were very impressed with the bungalow. It was ideally situated away from the maddening crowds but close enough to walk onto the front. It was very well presented and had all the mod cons required - a real home from home.

Very clean and well equipped bungalow

The bungalow was very comfortable and well equipped and located in a nice quiet area within a mile of all Restaurants in Rock. Unfortunately we weren't able to book at The Dining Room which was the closest restaurant (0.36 miles). However, the weather was appalling during our week stay, so we had to drive everywhere anyway. We had to pre-book all Restaurants prior to the start of our holiday due to our stay coinciding with Restaurants fully reopening in May. The owner Andrew was very helpful and easily contactable via phone. We would love to return to lovely Rock when the sun is shining.

Amazing location

Great location, nice house and well suited to a simple break in an amazing place. Online listing around amenities or not could be a bit clearer, and the property could do with a couple more things. A hosepipe for wetsuits and a bbq would make it really great. Having said that we had a great time, nice house, quiet, clean. Pillows and beds were amazing. Great price for what you get. We’d use again.
