All of the staff were very welcoming and hospitable, we experienced the best service we’ve ever had at a hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the buffet breakfast and dinner had lots of options. The only thing missing was a bar- after a long day of hiking, it would be nice to relax with a glass of wine!

This hotel lives up to the "Luxury" in its name Wow, modern spacious rooms, amazing service The front desk workers were sooo kind Fantastic hotel, 2 minute walk from Petra visitors centre, five minute walk from shops and restaurants. 5 minute cab ride up the hill to the town; 15 minute walk back down. Highly recommend this hotel, streaming services on tv (netflix, YouTube) large beds, extremely clean, large bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and walk in shower. Gift shop in lobby, pool and gym on roof, terrace on roof as well. 24/7 room service food available. Valet parking included. Shoe cleaner machine available (for free) outside hotel main door, useful after the sand/dust from Petra

Such a great location for access into Petra. A lovely rooftop with great sunset views over Petra although whatever you do don’t order the wine ! Fabulous hotel and the pool was fresh but swimmable in October.
