Interaction with Guests:
I plan to give my guests space but am available when needed.
Iâll start with the good- The location is pretty good and the property is a good size. The unit is pretty spacious inside and the kitchen dining lounge areas are great and well equipped. Itâs a battle axe block so itâs quite private. The morning sun coming in the back windows is really nice. The check in and out is operated by a third party company called BNB made easy who provide great info throughout the stay. The bad- itâs pretty old and looking a bit tired. Could really use some maintenance especially the bathrooms. The drains stank every day we came home, like as if the water seals in the toilet had gone down, but they hadnât. On arrival it just smells like a really old house, we thought it must have been closed up for some time but every day we came home the drains stank. The bathrooms need an update. The pavers outside on the verandah are a serious trip hazard as it looks like a retaining wall holding them has washed out and they drop away badly. Itâs underneath another unit upstairs and the timber floors mean you can hear just about everything they say, especially at 4am when they decide to have a chat. Itâs a difficult steep driveway you must take at an angle as you will bottom out your car on the gutter. When the upstairs guests have a vehicle there you cannot turn around and must back all the way down the battle axe into the street to get out- the hedges/ plants lining it certainly donât help in this regard.Overall- not horrible, needs updating.
We enjoyed our short stay in Wagga and the property was just right. We found the stay to be awesome with the property delivering all the comforts of home.We found the communications to be first class, and the location was just perfect.
