Escape to 21 Shores at Waikoloa, a stunning 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo that sleeps up to four guests in the heart of Hawaii's Big Island. This fully equipped home features a modern kitchen with dishwasher and stove, comfortable living spaces , and a private patio and putting green! Dive into the community pool, enjoy complimentary beach gear including chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella, then explore endless island adventures from snorkelling and surfing to hiking and whale watching. With free parking, high-speed WiFi, and thoughtful amenities like washer/dryer and a full kitchen, your Hawaiian getaway has never been easier or more enjoyable.

Guest Bedroom: 2 Full Beds

HILTON POOL PASS: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. 10% discount on spa treatments, lagoon toy and cabana rental and food at Lagoon Grill, Orchid Marketplace and Shaka Cone.  No blackout dates. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be guests of ResorticaHawaii. There are no exceptions to this policy, and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased; they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticaHawaii vacation rental properties. If a pass is lost or damaged, there is an up to $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

"START UP SUPPLIES" PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Wonderful Stay

Loved the condo and the location. Ground floor level was super nice. Enjoyed watching the golfers backing on to the Beach 9 and the sunsets were beautiful!

Perfect vacay get away!

Loved the layout of the place and all the details. There were plenty of dishes and necessities that made our week here easy. The beach chairs and boogie boards were so awesome! 10/10 would recommend and if we stay here again, we’d definitely re book! Mahalo!

Beautiful Unit in Beautiful Gated Resort

This property looks and feels exactly as it is shown in listing. It’s an extremely quiet area in the middle of a busy resort location (two malls in walking distance). The unit was very roomy and comfortable for two couples. The pool is one of the nicest we’ve been at for as long as we can remember. We enjoyed staying here very much. Mahalo!

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Lots of hot water in showers. We loved the short distance to the beach—it was gorgeous. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I noticed in a different review someone said the knives weren’t sharp. Ours were perfect (we ate BBQed steak). Gorgeous views of the golf course. We also appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards. All in all, a great getaway for family or couples looking for a relaxing, fun vacation.

GREAT Stay for a family

Beautiful condo on the ground floor overlooking a golf course. Well stocked with beach toys, chairs, large bedrooms/bathrooms and large common area. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The concierge service was wonderful in response and connected me to a service that delivered all the baby gear before we arrived which was amazing. Its a short drive to the markets and A-Bay. The pool was fun and right across from our unit. There is a lot of walking noise from the unit above but we turned the sound machines on high for the kids. Highly recommend!

Space was clean and easy to find. Had a few issues- ants in the kitchen, master plumbing needed some attending. Couldn’t get a hot shower in master bath, tepid only. When trying to fill a bath, the water sprayed sideways onto the wall. Also, throw the silk sheets away! They were all pilled & felt gross. Feel bad leaving this review as my business at home is managing STR’s, yet these issues need addressing.

Nice spacious condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The condo is newly renovated and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked and appliances work well; beds are comfy and bathrooms were nice. Only suggestion would be to provide sharper knives for food prep. Master shower was really slow to drain so we used guest shower. A family was staying upstairs and we could hear loud footsteps which kept us up one night — no fault of the owner it’s just the way it is in a downstairs unit.
