Ground floor:
Kitchen has new wall, base units and an integrated fridge and appliances. Kitchen is fully stocked with tea, coffee, crockery, cookware, cutlery etc.

There is a utility room with a washing machine and downstairs WC.

The dinning table can sit six people along with a conservatory ideal for relaxing on evenings and summer afternoons.

The living room is cosy and includes of a sofa bed that can sleep two people, a two-seater sofa ,2 stools and a smart TV equipped with Netflix.

First Floor:
To the first floor the landing gives access to a bedroom with a small double bed, a bedroom with Zip and Link beds and a bedroom with a single bed. Furthermore, there is a bathroom which boasts a 3-piece suite.
