Ideally located near the ski slopes and outdoor attractions of the Zillertal Arena region, the chalet provides year-round access to skiing, hiking, cycling, and countless alpine adventures, all while enjoying breathtaking mountain views.

Inside, the 115 m² chalet features a comfortable living area designed for gathering and relaxing after active days outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kettle, and complete kitchen inventory for easy self-catering. Five bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements with four double bedrooms and one bunk-bed room, making the chalet ideal for larger families and groups. A bathroom with a bath, shower, and toilet ensures comfort during your stay, while WiFi and heating add convenience throughout the seasons.

A private sauna offers the perfect place to unwind after skiing or exploring the mountains, while access to a shared indoor swimming pool provides additional recreation for guests of all ages. Outside, the furnished terrace and balcony create inviting spaces to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks while taking in panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. Parking is also available for added convenience.
