The issues are that this hotel was being renovated and the pool and hot tub and complimentary breakfast was not an option once we arrived. This should have been staed on the website. It was lound and dusty and the parking lot was filled with work vans and it was hard to find a parking space. I will bever trust anotone of these hotel chains to be honest about the conditions of the hotel. Thos was deceptive and i will not return to the Marriott or any others in the future.her

Hotel was under construction. There was drywall dust everywhere, the water supply wasnt clean. The AC/Heating unit in my room was terrible and didnt work properly. There was no breakfast or food available. The shower was cold. You charge too much in general.

I arrived to the front desk and no one was there. There was another guest there and told us she’s been there for 15 min prior. We were trying everything to get someone’s attention and after one hour of no one coming up to help use I decided to leave and get a refund. Would never recommend this place to anyone if they can’t do something as simple as have someone at the front desk. To make things worse, self check in on the app told us to go to the front desk for it to work.

They were renavating the lobby. There was dust on everything . Worst of all there was no breakfast or COFFEE. I stayed there so we could get something to eat quickly.

The staff was Wonderful. The room was great, really clean. My only complaint is that the hotel is under renovation. I booked and paid for this hotel, specifically, because it had a pool. I was super disappointed that due to renovations there was no access to pool and no breakfast. I would have picked another hotel to celebrate my birthday if i had known. Other than that, i really enjoyed my stay and i will book there again.

Pros: The woman at check in was very kind courteous, and informertive. She even came upstairs to fix our television that was not opreable, within 5 minutes of making the call to the front desk. Cons: The room was clean, however the bathroom was not completely clean. Remodeling was in place so there was no breakfast being offered. Which was not stated before arrival. The room is completely dated.
