I chose this property because it had 9/10 guest review but unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. Within 2hours of arriving , the toilet clogged and the deadbolt in the door kept getting stuck so we could not close the door easily. We were informed that this was the way it was with many rooms. Additionally both TVs seemed to work inconsistently. The rooms are spacious and clean but without the needed repairs , this hotel falls short of the expectations I had from the published rating

I stayed at this property with my 8 year old son and we enjoyed it. The staff were friendly, it was clean and we overall liked our room. The issue is that the AC unit was a bit loud in the room. I suggest bringing some ear plugs if you're to get the best sleep while using the AC.
