At Moondance Cabin you will love the perfect open floor plan, an exceptional space to spend time with family and friends. Just a short walk to the beach, you can enjoy a day of beach combing, and then come home and enjoy a moonlight soak in the hot tub.

Open the windows and let the rhythmic sound of the surf help you to relax and unwind. Pamper yourself in the bathroom with beautiful tile, marble and deep double sinks. If taking it easy is on your mind, get lost in a good book while enjoying a glass of your favorite wine by the fire. This getaway offers free WiFi, flat screen HD TV's, Roku and a smart BluRay player to keep you entertained.

In the evening, plan a delicious barbeque and dine alfresco on the generous wrap around deck, before gathering to enjoy a beautiful sunset. There are bountiful opportunities for a truly unforgettable experience at the coast when you stay at Moondance Cabin!

Sleeps up to 6 - 3 Bedrooms. 2 Kings (1 can be split in to 2 twins with 72 hour advanced notice), 1 Queen, and 1.5 baths.
Vehicles: Licensed for 3 (strictly enforced)
Standard: 2 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum.

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.

The house was great!! Awesome location, clean and had everything we needed. A 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. The hot water heater wasn't working probably, called the rental company and they reset it but it didn't fix it. We still had warm water so we made it work. Overall, grwat house.

Waldport Hottub Delight

The place was amazing and as advertised. The hot tub was fantastic.We had a family reunion with almost 40 people and rented several houses. This one was fantastic for the two of us and a lab.

This house was WONDERFUL

When I got to the house, the lights and fireplace were on and it was so welcoming! The house had an amazing view and was a super short and easy walk to a beautiful beach. The neighbors were really friendly and the location was great—a short drive to Newport, and an even shorter drive to Waldport. The beds were comfortable, the floors were easy to sweep (helpful with two dogs), and the wrap around porch was really neat. I cannot say enough good things about this house—we will definitely be back!

Great Thanksgiving getaway!

We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at this lovely home. It was a great place to cook, relax, and hang out while looking out at the water, and to make the short walk to the beach when we felt like getting outside. Great that it is a pet-friendly property, too!

Cozy hide away near the beach

House is set up nicely. Could use a mud room to take off sandy beach clothes/shoes. Could not find a "welcome to" binder explaining how the fireplace works or how to get the television to work. Fireplace wouldn't stay lit and the property manager tried to get it working as well. The whole area lost power and so without any way to cook or heat the place, we ended up leaving early. Again, the management has no control over the weather. House had plenty of towels, blankets and kitchen gadgets to make the stay positive.

This property was as described. It was a 6 minute quiet walk to a wonderful beach. The hot tub was clean and working well. The kitchen was well stocked. It was warm on the cool day. Towels and sheets were great. Check in was easy. We had an issue that we communicated to the host, who was prompt and responsive. All in all it was a good place to stay for a week on the Coast .

Quiet neighborhood, hot tub and dog friendly.

Overall our stay was great. The hot tub was a relaxing way to end each night. The weather was amazing and the deck created a spectacular place to see the stars. It was a very short walk to the beach and the quiet is worth the trade-off. Downfalls-The place was fairly clean but could use a good deep cleaning. Top of fridge, ceiling fans, and under beds and rugs needed attention. Things other people may not notice but we did. Only other issue is all the pillows were the same firmness and rather stiff. I ended up putting the pillow case on a little throw to sleep.

Nice property, poorly managed, no extra charge for inconveniences

House is in a nice location, a short walk to the beach through a pleasant residential neighborhood. Upon arrival, we discovered the gas fireplace did not work, (just an "inconvenience," we were told). Baseboard heat works fine, but it would have been easy and appropriate for the property managers to inform us of this "inconvenience" before we arrived and were unpleasantly surprised. The water pressure in the kitchen is extremely low and the temperature unreliable, another "inconvenience." If you want to fill the crab pot, start the water and take a walk -- you'll have plenty of time for it. It's a nice house, lovely views, but not well-managed. Guests' comfort doesn't seem to be a priority.

Cabin in Paradise

We absolutely loved our time at this property! It was very close to the beach and was an incredibly short walk to and from the beach access it also has great forest trails to enjoy nearby. The house was clean, comfortable and cozy. My dogs loved being in a quiet area, some construction going on in the area that set them off one day but the noise is not really loud just surprising if you're not expecting it. Definitely worth the stay!!

Beautiful spot in mature enclave

Really nice remodel of a mid-century single story home. Nice open LR + kitchen floor plan, lots of light, nice deck and hot tub. The dwarf pines between all the properties in the neighborhood really make the place feel private. Very quiet at night. Easy walk to beautiful beach.
