Brix Suite at The Barn | Boutique Hotel

Brix is one of six private Garden Suites at The Barn Walla Walla, an intimate seven-suite boutique hotel set across ten acres in Walla Walla wine country.

Designed for comfort and quiet, the suite features a King bed that can be configured as two Twins with advance notice and a spacious en-suite bathroom with double glass vessel sinks and a walk-in shower. Original artwork and a distinctive color palette give the suite its own personality.

Step into your private Zen garden and enjoy one of The Barn’s most distinctive features—your own private hot-water outdoor shower. Your patio offers a peaceful place for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine with views toward the Blue Mountains.

Thoughtful in-room comforts include a Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle and tea selection, unlimited complimentary bottled water, wine fridge tucked inside a wine barrel, Roku-enabled TV, robes and slippers, and individually controlled heating and air conditioning.

Spend warm afternoons by the seasonal heated pool, unwind in the hot tub after a day of wine tasting, or wander the landscaped grounds. The covered veranda, courtyard, fire pit, Pushpa’s Pond and lawn games offer even more ways to enjoy your time at The Barn.

As the day winds down, Julian’s Hall—the heart of The Barn—offers a welcoming shared space for morning coffee, reading or games, or an evening glass of wine by the fireplace.

Each suite has its own private exterior entrance, giving you the privacy of your own retreat with The Barn’s shared spaces just steps away.

The Barn Walla Walla | Guest Guidelines

Welcome to The Barn. We want your stay to feel relaxed, peaceful, and effortless. As an intimate boutique property, we kindly ask that you keep these few guidelines in mind during your stay.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The Barn offers keyless entry, and your personal access code will be provided prior to arrival. Early arrival or late departure is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

ADULTS-ONLY | REGISTERED GUESTS
The Barn is an adults-only property for guests ages 18 and older. The property and its amenities are reserved for registered guests; outside visitors require prior approval.

A PEACEFUL STAY
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted with individual suite reservations. Group and full-property reservations may have separately approved arrangements.

SHARED SPACES & GROUNDS
The courtyard, covered porch, fire pit, pond, lounge, library, gardens, and other shared spaces are here for all guests to enjoy. Please be considerate of others and leave these areas as you found them.

For guest safety, entering, wading, or swimming in the pond is not permitted.

POOL & HOT TUB
The heated outdoor pool and hot tub are available May through October from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and are reserved for registered guests of The Barn. Please follow posted guidelines and be considerate of others enjoying these shared amenities.

PARKING & EV CHARGING
Complimentary on-site parking and EV charging are available for registered guests. Please park in designated guest areas and be considerate of others when using the charging stations.

ON-SITE HOSTS
The owners reside in a private residence on the property, separate from guest accommodations and spaces. They respect your privacy while remaining nearby should assistance be needed during your stay.

SMOKING & PETS
The Barn is a smoke-, vape-, and pet-free property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property. A minimum $250 fee may apply for violations.

EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS
For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are located on The Barn grounds. Two cameras monitor the parking areas, and one overlooks the courtyard, including the pool and hot tub area. Cameras are located outdoors only and do not monitor the interior of guest suites.

PHOTOGRAPHY & EVENTS
Commercial photography, filming, private events, or other commercial use of The Barn requires prior approval.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation policies vary by booking channel and are subject to the terms presented at the time of booking. For direct reservations, booking and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
