The Farmhouse is an authentic 2000 sqft 2 story 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bath, rustic farmhouse that sits on the little river, and overlooks the resort. Relax on one of the three decks overlooking the river, or in the Hot tub! There is also a grill on the deck and beach access. Sit back, relax, listen to the sounds of the Little River, and feel the tranquility of the mountains.

The Farmhouse amenities include in the great room, satellite TV, a hot tub, two covered porches, Wi-Fi, full-size washer and dryer.

On the 1st floor, there are 2 sofas in the great room and a game room. The master bedroom with a King bed and a full bathroom with a red claw foot bathtub and separate shower. A 2nd bedroom complete with a queen bed and half bath is located just off the great room. On the second floor, there is another bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a full bathroom, and access to the screen porch, which overlooks the Little River.
