Residence C at 5 Fenton Avenue is a bold, design-focused studio for two guests, with original artwork, mountain views and a private outdoor area. The studio includes a comfortable bed, a spacious private bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a TV. The compact food-preparation area includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, rice cooker and single electric hot plate. There is no indoor kitchen sink; guests can use the basin in the private bathroom or the sink in the outdoor BBQ area. Guests can also cook outside on the private BBQ. The studio is best suited to guests wanting memorable design, views and compact cooking facilities rather than a full kitchen. This is one of three completely self-contained residences within the same architect-designed building. Residence C has its own entrance and no shared indoor living spaces. Sound-reduction work has been completed, although occasional household noise may still be heard. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Pets are welcome subject to the house rules.
Please note this property is one large home divided into three fully self-contained apartments. As sound can travel between units, we ask all guests to be respectful of others and keep noise to a reasonable level at all times.
