Thanks to the central location, cafés and restaurants (a nice restaurant is on the ground floor of the building) are within walking distance (between 100 and 200 meters). Pharmacies and supermarkets are also nearby. The train station is only 650 meters or about a 9-minute walk away. Directly opposite is the 14th-century town hall, and the interesting city gate is just a 3-minute walk (200 meters) away. Lake Constance is about 30 km (approx. 25 minutes by car) away. Due to the central location, the building is right next to a church. Please note that the church bells can be heard when they ring.
