At Ferienhaus Landskron in Friederikensiel, you will stay in a family-friendly holiday flat for up to four people. The holiday home is situated on an extensive plot in a very quiet location directly on the old summer dyke. The large play and sunbathing lawn with numerous children's play equipment is equally popular with our holiday guests and their children. Our large children's vehicle park with go-karts, bobby cars and other children's vehicles for young and old is a particular favourite with the children. So that the children of our holiday guests can play together even in bad weather, they will find numerous opportunities to play in the large open area in the centre of the first floor.
The communal terrace is equipped with garden furniture and offers the opportunity to socialise, barbecue and relax. A charcoal barbecue is also available here.
There are plenty of parking spaces right next to the house.
Our house has central heating. For our holiday guests we offer a washing machine and a tumble dryer for shared use.
You will stay in a comfortably furnished, approx. 60 square metre, barrier-free 3-room holiday flat on the 1st floor. The centre of the flat is a spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen and dining area for four people. Here you will also find cable TV and a DVD player. Highchairs for children are available if required.
The well-equipped kitchen includes:

- Refrigerator with freezer compartment
- Dishwasher
- Microwave oven
- Coffee machine

Friederikensiel is a small village, 11 km from Schillig and 6 km from Carolinensiel. In Carolinensiel you will find numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and tourist attractions such as the museum harbour and the Sielhafen museum. The Cliner Quelle swimming pool offers water fun even in bad weather. In neighbouring Harlesiel, you can enjoy the sandy beach and the view of the East Frisian Islands from the large terrace of the Wattkieker restaurant on the Harlesiel beach and ferry harbour.
The closest restaurant to your holiday flat serves home-style cooking and is located in the neighbouring village of Mederns, 3 km away. You can also do your daily shopping in Hohenkirchen, the main town in the municipality of Wangerland, 6 km away. The large indoor playground Kinder-Spielstadt Wangerland am Wangermeer is popular here.
Friederikensiel is surrounded by an extensive network of cycling and hiking trails. You can reach the popular holiday resorts of Harlesiel, Carolinensiel and Neuharlingersiel directly along the dyke to the west and Schillig if you cycle or hike to the east.
In Harlesiel and Schillig there are opportunities for mudflat walks and water sports such as surfing and kitesurfing. From Harlesiel Airport you can reach the island of Wangerooge on the shortest flight route in Germany. Of course, you can also reach our neighbouring town of Wangerooge in the North Sea from Harlesiel comfortably, but depending on the tide, by ferry. So nothing stands in the way of a varied and relaxing holiday in our holiday flat.
