The flat is located in a building on Batorego Street, in a quiet neighbourhood. The district is part of Warsaw's Mokotów district, which is characterised by its proximity to the city centre, while offering an intimate, friendly atmosphere. Opposite the property is the well-known Stodoła music club, which hosts numerous events, meetings and concerts. There are plenty of grocery shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, as well as cultural facilities: The Geological Museum, the Museum of Soldiers Wyklętych and Political Prisoners of the People's Republic of Poland or the Contemporary Stage Theatre. In addition, the area is known for its numerous recreational green spaces, such as Pole Mokotowskie, where guests can have a picnic, enjoy nature or sit by the water. It is also the perfect place for a morning jog or an evening stroll in nature. The property's attractive location has great access to other districts of Warsaw, thanks to a well-developed public transport network. The bus stop is a 4-minute walk from the studio and Pole Mokotowskie metro station is a 6-minute walk away. Both the city centre and the Old Town can be reached very quickly thanks to the many public transport options. Getting to Chopin Airport takes around 15-20 minutes. Those who prefer even more ecological solutions can use one of the many city bike rentals in the area - the district is very bike-friendly.



APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:



The bright and cosy flat has an area of 48 m² and will happily accommodate 5 people. Its unique space consists of a living room, two separate bedrooms, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony. It has been designed with attention to every detail and is fully equipped with all the necessary furniture and amenities. The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed, a TV set, a chest of drawers and a table with chairs. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed, which will allow you to fully relax. The second bedroom is equipped with a single bed, a wardrobe and a desk with a chair. Thanks to it and the WIFI network available in the flat, our guests will be able to take care of their business duties during their stay. The kitchenette has been fully equipped with all items necessary for preparing meals. Amenities such as a fridge with freezer, oven, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities are available. The modern bathroom has a bath, towel set and hairdryer. On the balcony with garden furniture, our guests will be able to enjoy a cup of their favourite coffee and spend some quality time. The flat is also happy to accommodate pets for an additional fee. It will be an excellent choice during your stay in Warsaw with family or friends.
