Elegant, our room was newly remodeled. Very stylish, upscale. This hotel was built for entertaining. This hotel is a good ride from Warsaw center - 20 minutes, but if you want to relax, meet and greet friends in the hotel restaurant - and feel like you are being rewarded - this the hotel. The breakfast was fair. The area has a few shops for getting necessities. 25 hr laundry is about 15 min walk. Nice area. Very close to airport.

The hotel itself was quite nice. The location is decent with good connections. The worst part was the parking situation. The spots are too small and there were many people who were clearly taking up multiple spots and parked poorly. When the staff was informed, they were indifferent which was a bit disappointing

My parents spent a night at Four Points by Sheraton Warsaw in October. They are elderly people with limited mobility, and the Hotel management provided them with the best room for their needs. Great hotel with wonderful staff, they have done everything possible to make my parents happy. Thank you!

The hotel is not too far from the airport and it is perfect for an overnight stay! The room was very clean - no complaints. It was nice to have a variety of tv channels to watch before bed. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Overall, 10/10 experience.

The property had some strange in room verification system (not the old European "insert your access card to turn on lights thing") - our lights stopped working, had to call in service. Automatic light in the bar area was super annoying as it turned on any time anyone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night...
