House not near as nice as pictures

This house is on the border of a very sketchy neighborhood in NE Capitol Hill. The pics must have been taken several years ago as they look much better than the house actually is. This the downstairs unit of a row house converted into two apartments and it is incredibly noisy due to the upstairs people. The front and back yards are overgrown w weeds and have moldy furniture with junk scattered about. The kitchen is miniscule and there is a filthy carpet in the living room w a tiny and very uncomfortable couch. The mattress in the master bedroom is broken, so you fall into a hole when you lay down on it.
