Summary:
Welcome to By the Sea, your home away from home! With a charming nautical theme carried throughout this clean, spacious condo, you will swear you can feel the ocean breeze and smell the salty air.

The Space:
A modern kitchen with a beautiful white countertop island greets you as you walk in the door, inviting you to cook your favorite meal on stainless steel appliances and enjoy it around the dining room table with seating for 6.

Gather together in the cozy living room after a long day of exploring all that beautiful southern Utah has to offer, outfitted with ample sofa and seating options and smart TV to watch your favorite movie or binge watch that show you’ve been meaning to catch up on. Two private bedrooms with attached bathrooms will allow you enough room for guests, but your own spaces to unwind when needed. At By the Sea, your relaxation has been placed top of mind.

This home sleeps 9 guests between 2 private bedrooms, and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with a spacious vanity and walk-in shower. A set of sliding glass doors opens onto a covered patio.

Bedroom #2 has one queen size bed and a bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom and twin-size bed on the top. The room also offers a smart tv and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo.

The condo also features a third half-bathroom with a pedestal sink and toilet.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Pool and hot tub are heated all year-round!
-Absolutely NO stairs!
- 1 parking space is provided – one covered and overflow parking available first come first serve
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- Smoking is not allowed in the condo or anywhere in the building, including decks and stairways.

By the Sea is located in beautiful Freedom Village. This enviable location is 4 minutes from the brand-new Red Cliffs Temple and in close proximity to Zion National Park, St. George Regional Airport, downtown St. George, and dining and shopping. Freedom Village boasts a 2,000 square foot beach entry pool, hot tub, pickleball court, children’s playground, and RV parking. Sand Hollow State Park is only 18 minutes away (rated as one of the most popular state parks in Utah).

Southern Utah is a popular destination for year-round recreation and its major parks including Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park, and Red Cliffs National Conservation Area. You are close to all manner of outdoor adventures including numerous hiking and biking trails, beautiful lakes, and parks. The area is known for dozens of golf courses including highly rated Entrada at Snow Canyon, where the greens are surrounded by red rock views. Relax at renowned spa resorts or take in a show at the nationally acclaimed Tuacahn Amphitheatre. Feeling lucky? Las Vegas is within a quick 2-hour drive.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Nice place

The property was very clean and a great place to stay. Lots to do with the pool and pickleball court right next to the unit. My only complaint is the late check in time. Make sure you know when the check in time is for the property. Liz the property manager was helpful.

Just book it

I searched and searched for a vacation rental for so long. Comparing the pools, price, location, as I’m sure all people do. This condo ended up being the best option. Pros: Location. It’s out of the way of the hub hub of St George so you kinda feel relieved when you get back “home” after venturing out. Cleanliness, space, amenities. I didn't like how there wasn't a map or an arial view of the condo listed, so we just kinda took a gamble with the location of the ACTUAL condo we were booking. When we arrived it was hard to find because it's kinda tucked away in the back. However, it was right in front of the pickleball courts, park, and the pool is beyond that. We thought that would be a noise issue but the condo was well insulated and we couldn't hear much of anything. More pros: huge smart tvs in every room, ocean stuffed animals for the kids which they LOVED, board games in the living room, plenty of laundry supplies... supplied lol. Also enough pool towels and pickleball paddles, even though we brought those because we didn't know if they were included. Cons: We rloved the idea of this place because of the pool with the little palm tree splash pad area but the palm tree was broken. We asked someone at the pool who said it's been broken "forever" so maybe check if it's fixed if that's important prior to booking. I didn't love the whole, upload your ID and a selfie for check in. We spent over 700 on this condo. I think we're decent people lol. Overall, great stay

Wonderful location

From our communications to arriving everything was smooth. The condo was spacious, clean, well-stocked and just as the pics indicated. Was there for the Ironman so between both T1 and T2 the location was just superb. Highly recommend!

Best. Stay. Ever.

By the Sea was very clean and so comfortable! The furniture and bedding were awesome, there were games to play, toys for the pool, and the favorite indoor entertainment (we had rainy weather) was the old school Nintendo. The only negatives, and this is being nitpicky,1) it is on the bottom level (which is great, no stairs!) but be aware because you may have a heavy-footed family above you that likes to stomp around all night, like we did; 2) when the heat kicks on, it sounds like a helicopter is landing in the master bedroom, and 3) we had to play a little Tetris with batteries to get all of the remotes to work. But really, everything was great! We loved the amenities and location. It was nice being away from the “busy” area of St George but it was super easy to get everywhere we needed to be; even Hurricane only took us 20 minutes. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back again for future soccer tournaments & vacations!

Great Stay

Our trip was not long, but we thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent at this home! The condo is right next to the pool and pickleball court (which is lighted), but we never had problems with noise. It was convenient to be so close. We especially appreciated the welcome basket, even when our reservation had been made just a few days before our stay-it was very thoughtful. Home was clean and orderly. Fun board games, a retro game system, pool towels, a few pool toys and basic pickleball equipment were all available and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this property!

Great stay!

We enjoyed staying at their property very much. The amenities were very nice. We enjoyed the pool, gym and especially the Pickleball court! The apartment was very nicely appointed and comfortable. Our welcome baby sign and new grandparent card with snacks was an extra special touch that was very appreciated.
