I run warm so the room was a bit warm even with the thermostat set low. The auto check in and check out was very annoying... especially as there was always someone at the desk and rarely anyone else in the lobby. And, although it was easy enough, I had a staff member standing next to me while using the auto check in...so what was the point? I also received an online key to use on the room door lock, but it didn't seem to work on the elevator so I needed a key card anyway...so what is the point of having a key on the phone? Too much wonky and unnecessary automation.

We had a late check-in and front desk very helpfull. I requested two rooms side by side thru Expedia and was not clear to hotel. She was able to accommodate the request.
