I have stayed here so many times. It is clean and convenient for meetings. I like to run the Mall in the morning and past the White House so the location is good. The blue orange and red lines are on Farrugut Square a couple of minutes away. However, not a lot of life nearby in the evening, not many restaurants. Doesn't bother me but if you want a wide dining choice within walking distance this is less than ideal.

Great Location

The dining area was closed and when I asked why, I was told because it was shut down during COVID and it was decided to not reopen. For starters, COVID has a 99.5% survival rate, check the stats. Secondly, COVID pandemic has been over for 3 years now. Additionally, when I called, I was told parking was going to be $20 a day because of the partnership your company had with the parking garage. Instead, I paid $220 for 5 nights. Every time I pulled my car out of the garage (which I only did once b/c of cost), I had to pay $20 which is an absolute scam! I have never stayed in a hotel with valet parking where I had to pay EVERY TIME I asked for my car. Lastly, the room was dirty, paint was chipping off the walls, and the AC was garbage. I love Washington D.C., and we will be back next year, but we will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Great location (attached to metro stop entrance) & close to everything! Took metro from airport directly to hotel. Clean, quiet, & comfortable. The only negative was when housekeeping entered my room unannounced (light tapping but no words) at 7:30am on the day of checkout. I would definitely stay again, but would use the “Do Not Disturb” sign whenever in the room at all. Mistakes happen, so hopefully that will be fixed & not repeated.
